EPM Integrated Casting Design & Development Service
EPM's Integrated Casting Development Service (ICDS) combines all of our resources toward a single goal: producing the best part possible in the shortest time.
Working closely with our customers' design groups, our Engineering and Pattern Departments combine the design and pattern construction phases of a project, reducing the time to the first casting.
Our Tooling Department produces prototype parts quickly, further reducing the time to the first part. EPM Machine and the Tooling Department work closely during new part development projects to refine machining methods and avoid surprises. As a result, first run lead times are reduced.
